When you request a quote or use the maintenance checklist, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, and property address. We also collect basic technical data (page views, device type) through Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
How we use it
We use your information to generate quotes, deliver checklist recommendations, respond to inquiries, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Service providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate iqseason: Beget (hosting and transactional email) and Supabase (database and storage). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually limited to the purposes we authorize.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the details below; we will act on verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
